Greentech Construction Sdn Bhd was established in 2nd August 2009 in Sungai Petani. We specialized in Industrial, Commercial, Schools and Hospital building works by using Conventional Method and/or Industrial Building System (IBS) Technology with minimum in-situ works.

To date, our precast installation teams have successfully completed the Installation Works for Precast Components for numerous projects namely IKEA Damansara; IBS Casting Yard for Jambatan Ke-2 Pulau Pinang; SMK Bertam, Kepala Batas; LHDN Sungai Petani; HUSM Kelantan; SMK Bukit Kuching Tengah, Kuala Selangor; Carrefour & Jusco Building, Kepong; Stadium Balik Pulau, Batu Kawan and many more.
 
In year 2013, we constructed our first self-casting building, which is a 3-storey block in SMK ST. Theresa, Sungai Petani. This successful project made us moving towards the path of having our own precast factory.
 
Customer will benefit from our IBS Technology with shorter and more predictable construction period. Construction site are more organised during construction period. Besides that, work force to execute the project will reduce tremendously, saving the project owner from providing all the basic utilities for the constructions.
